Terms & Conditions

Estimates and architectural proposals provided by KCS Construction are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing. All structural designs and construction practices adhere strictly to the Indian Bureau of Standards (BIS) building codes and local regulatory requirements. Material specifications are detailed in each proposal.

Contractual obligations, including project milestones, payment schedules, and site access protocols, are explicitly outlined in the project agreement. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. KCS Construction reserves the right to adjust timelines due to unforeseen site conditions or material procurement delays.
